RM Sotheby’s kicks off its 2016 European calendar in spectacular fashion with a return to Paris on February 3 for its third annual sale, which takes place during the world-famous Retromobile show week. The auction is held at the historic Place Vauban, immediately after the Festival Automobile International, whose stunning grounds offer the perfect setting to present the finest sports, racing, and touring cars from both pre- and post-war periods.

RM’s 2015 sale in the French capital captured the attention of collectors during what is regarded as one of the most important weeks on the European collector car calendar, as it generated an outstanding €19.3 million before a packed auction room. The 2016 sale will continue the momentum, lifting the gavel on a carefully curated selection of approximately 60 automobiles.
