About the Ex-Michael Schumacher Benetton B192-08
The Benetton B192-08 was raced by Michael Schumacher in the final two grands prix of the 1992 season and
the first two GPs of 1993. He retired in the Japanese Grand Prix, but 2nd at the Australian Grand Prix
elevated him to 3rd in the Formula 1 World Driver’s Championship in just his first full season. Michael’s
team-mate Martin Brundle who tested Lorina’s B192 for a special BBC TV feature, aired just before the
televised coverage of the British Grand Prix, exclaimed: “It’s the best Formula 1 car that I’ve ever driven!”
