Latest classic car auction results

What a finish to the auction season! With just a few more auctions to go before the New Year, there have recently been some stellar results with RM and Bonhams leading the charge. Dick Skipworth’s Ecurie Ecosse collection made over £8 million, with the iconic Ecurie Ecosse  Commer T3 transporter making a heady £1.8 million – nearly as much as the shortnose D-ype. RM Auctions yet again demonstrated that quality cars well presented and marketed continue to defy any thoughts of a cooling market. Good examples of the E-Type continue to enjoy a resurgence with strong results on both sides of the Atlantic.

We’d recommend having a browse through some of the results, particularly RM Auctions as there are some truly stunning vehicles as well as results.
