Sales Executive – high-value motor finance sector
Do you want to work for one of the leading high-value motor finance specialists in the UK? Do you have a strong background in the high net worth marketplace? Can you communicate, liaise, and negotiate at all levels using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships? Awareness and understanding of how customer requirements can be met through high-quality service levels.
Ability to develop effective relationships with finance suppliers and customers.
Attention to Detail
Ability to exercise attention to detail, ensuring work is completed to a very high standard at all times with strong numeracy skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, with suppliers and external customers.
Computer and Systems Literacy
Use relevant systems to ensure efficient and appropriate use of all electronic and digital communications. MS Office Package Excel, Word, Outlook, full understanding of the concept of an effective CRM system.
Efficiently process and manage the client application process working with our operations team to ensure deadlines are met between suppliers, finance companies and clients.
Ensure a professional and positive telephone manner at all times executing inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Ensure that the company CRM system is maintained efficiently and updated daily.
The ideal candidate will have relevant motor industry and or finance house experience combined with excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail to meet the needs of our high net worth customer base. You will be self-motivated, independent and keen to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional, business environment. The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and therefore the ability to be able to work independently as well as part of our team is vital. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be a key part of the team and must be confident in your ability to deliver high standards to our high net worth clients.
The motor finance industry is fast paced and demanding, therefore previous industry experience is definitely preferred. An existing understanding of car finance products or asset finance, as well as high-value classic and collector cars, would also be advantageous.
