EQUIPE GTS is an independent race series designed for pre 1966 cars with engines spread across five classes from under 1150cc to 2700cc. Running to Appendix K rules (FIA papers not demanded) its aim is to provide a competitive yet gentlemanly, safe and friendly race series with a high standard of driving and car preparation.
The list of eligible cars is compiled to give close competitive racing. EQUIPE GTS aims to provide a great racing series and above all, a safe and fun environment for drivers. With races at some of the UK’s best race circuits including Silverstone, Donington and Brands Hatch EQUIPE GTS has proved to be extremely popular with grids of more than 60 cars at some race meetings.

Classic & Sports Finance are not only sponsoring the series but Rob is also competing in the EQUIPE GTS in an MGB. “The racing is great, the camaraderie is fantastic and what better way to better understand the needs of our racing customers? Plenty of lenders use historic racing to seek out new customers, but how many of them are on the grid competing and in the paddock afterwards helping out?”
