About the Ferrari 355
The Ferrari 355 arrived in 1995, and was available from launch as a GTB (Berlinetta / Coupe), GTS (Targa) Spider (Convertible).
In 1997 the 355 F1 was launched, with a Formula One inspired paddle gear change electrohydraulic manual transmission. The F355 was the first road car to use a ‘flappy paddle’ gear box.
The F355 was the last mid-engined Ferrari to feature Flying Buttress rear window. This thirty-year long design tradition began with 1965’s Dino 206 GT and continued with the 246, 308, 328 and 348 Ferraris as well as the Testarossa and Berlinetta Boxer.
Although the use of a flappy paddle gearbox in a road car was a milestone in automotive history, it is the 6-speed manual cars that are in highest demand.
In recent years we have seen an increase in the number of enquiries about Ferrari 355 finance – this car is one to watch.
